1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and JAYDUB LABS LLC, an Illinois limited liability company headquartered in Springfield, Illinois ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your download, installation, access, and use of our Android mobile applications (com.jaydublabs.*), associated cloud synchronization services, and the website located at https://jaydublabs.com (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using any JAYDUB LABS LLC application from the Google Play Store or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Application License Grant & Restrictions
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, JAYDUB LABS LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and run our Android applications on Android devices that you own or control, strictly for your personal or internal business productivity use.
You agree that you shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or cryptographic keys of any APK/AAB application binary;
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Services;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices embedded in our software;
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with Google Play Licensing, Play Integrity API checks, or rate-limiting mechanisms;
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All right, title, and interest in and to the Services—including all Kotlin source code, Jetpack Compose user interface designs, database schemas, algorithms, documentation, the JAYDUB LABS LLC corporate name, and the JW lab flask monogram logo—are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of JAYDUB LABS LLC and its licensors, protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
Android, Google Play, and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
4. User Accounts, Cloud Sync & Data Deletion
Certain features of our applications allow you to create an account to synchronize data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You retain ownership of all personal content and records you create within the Services. You may terminate your account and permanently erase your synchronized data at any time through the in-app Settings → Account → Delete Account flow or via our Account & Data Deletion Portal.
5. In-App Purchases & Google Play Billing
Where our applications offer premium features, one-time unlocks, or subscriptions, all financial transactions are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Billing cycles, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. You can manage or cancel active subscriptions at any time via the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Illinois located in Sangamon County (Springfield, Illinois).
