02 Types of Data Collected & Purpose of Processing
We adhere to the principle of strict data minimization. Many core features of our Android applications operate offline-first using local device storage (AndroidX Room). When you utilize cloud features, authentication, or diagnostic reporting, we collect only the following specific categories of data:
A. Account Credentials
When you voluntarily register or sign in for cloud backup/sync, we collect your email address, display name (optional), and cryptographic authentication tokens (including OAuth 2.0 / Google Sign-In identifiers) solely to authenticate your identity and secure your account.
B. Cloud Storage Synchronization
User-generated application records, workspace settings, and backup payloads that you explicitly choose to synchronize across your Android devices. This data is isolated per user account via strict row-level security.
C. Crash Telemetry & Diagnostics
Anonymized exception stack traces, Application Not Responding (ANR) logs, memory pressure states, and performance metrics used exclusively to diagnose software defects and maintain stability across Android OS versions.
D. Device & App Identifiers
Ephemeral installation UUIDs, Android API level, device manufacturer/model, screen density, and app version code required for push notification delivery, compatibility checks, and Google Play integrity verification.

04 Data Retention, Encryption & Zero-Selling Disclosure
All network traffic between Android clients and cloud endpoints is encrypted via TLS 1.2/1.3.
Cloud records are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and local tokens reside in hardware-backed Android Keystore.
JAYDUB LABS LLC never sells, rents, or trades user personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
Retention Policy: User account data and synchronized cloud records are retained only for as long as your account remains active. When you initiate an account or data deletion request (either in-app or via our Account & Data Deletion Portal), all personal credentials and synced records are permanently purged within 30 days. Anonymized crash logs expire on a rolling 90-day schedule.
05 Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Illinois Law)
Regardless of your geographic location, we extend comprehensive data subject rights to all users, including the right to access your personal data, export your synchronized data in a portable format, correct inaccurate records, withdraw consent, and request permanent erasure.
Children's Privacy (COPPA): Our applications and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact privacy@jaydublabs.com for immediate removal.
