Account & User Data Deletion Portal

This portal is maintained by JAYDUB LABS LLC (Springfield, IL) for all Android applications published under the com.jaydublabs.* namespace. You can delete your account and associated cloud data at any time using the in-app controls or the web submission methods below.

METHOD 1 • INSTANT SELF-SERVICE

Delete Directly Inside the Android App

If you still have the application installed on your Android device, you can trigger immediate, automated deletion of your account and cloud storage records:

    Open App Settings: Launch the JAYDUB LABS Android app and tap the Settings gear icon in the navigation bar.

    Navigate to Account Management: Select Settings → Account → Delete Account (or select Clear Cloud Sync Data if you only wish to wipe synced data while keeping your login).

    Confirm Permanent Erasure: Tap Confirm Permanent Deletion. Your active session is revoked immediately and all personal cloud records are queued for irreversible cryptographic wipe.

Data Deletion & Retention Disclosures

In compliance with Google Play's User Data & Data Safety requirements, the table below specifies exactly what data is permanently erased and what limited non-personal records are retained for statutory compliance.

What Is Deleted

  • User Credentials: Email address, password hashes, and OAuth/Google Sign-In tokens.
  • Personal Metadata: User profile preferences, account UUID, and device push tokens.
  • Synced Cloud Storage: All user-generated records, cloud backups, and synced workspaces.
Statutory Exceptions

What Is Retained & Why

  • Anonymized Financial Logs: De-identified Google Play Billing transaction receipts (stripped of personal email/name) retained strictly for US federal and Illinois state tax/audit compliance (up to 7 years).
  • Aggregate Crash Diagnostics: Non-identifiable stack traces automatically purged after 90 days.

Deletion Timeline (SLA)

  • In-App Requests: Active database records are deleted immediately upon confirmation.
  • Web / Email Requests: Verified and processed within 30 days (typically within 3–5 business days).
  • Encrypted Backups: Fully cycled out of disaster-recovery snapshots within 30 days.
